Intro: 

Our long weldnecks flanges are available in 150 or 300 pound class, with raised, flat, or RTJ facings, in all of our stainless steel grades. We can also source many of your other design requirements.

Long weldnecks are almost identical to weldnecks, but for two differences: they do not have a bore, and the total height (length) of the flange is 12” – though sometimes 9” is also specified.

The LWN or Long Weld(ing) Neck Flange is available through 24" sizes meeting the ASME B16.5 standard (all pressure classes). We can also meet the specifications of ASME B16.47, Series A & Series B. We maintains a large inventory of SA105 and some inventory of SA350-LF2, SA182-F11, and SA182-F22. Modified versions of the LWN can also be furnished as a "custom" product.

The LWN is our basic standard flanged connection. This seamless product offers a nominal bore as well as a heavy wall thickness making it ideal for highly corrosive applications.
